These are not aluminum, so technically they are already in violation of the proposed amendment
The Board said they would not approve the below example of gates on corner homes. Really? It doesn't matter what they "approve" because none of the gates installed were with Board approval. They simply don't enforce the rules.
Second, the Board cannot practice selective enforcement. The proposed amendment specifically allows the below gate examples and the board cannot approve it for one homeowner and then deny it for another.
